Standard collection pieces can be purchased directly through our online store. If you are unsure about dimensions, materials, delivery access or the suitability of a piece for your room, contact us before ordering.

For a customised collection piece or an individual furniture commission, tell us about the piece, its intended use and the room it will occupy.

We will review the request and confirm whether it can be developed without compromising the structure, function or integrity of the design.

Where the project is suitable, we will provide a written specification, quotation and estimated production timeframe.

Customised and bespoke furniture requires full payment after the final specification has been approved and before materials are ordered or production begins.

Our Interior Furnishing service is available for individual rooms, complete residences and selected commercial spaces.

The service may include furniture planning, colour and material direction, product selection, custom furniture, spatial visualisations, procurement, delivery coordination and placement guidance.

To introduce a project, please provide:

• A dimensioned floor plan
• The rooms to be included
• Photographs or video of the existing space
• Existing furniture or objects to be retained
• The practical requirements of the space
• Preferred colours, materials or visual references
• Project location
• An indicative project budget, if available
• Intended timeline

Design fees and furniture procurement costs are considered separately. After reviewing the project information, we will contact you by email with the recommended scope and next steps.

Selected CHROMA & CHORA pieces, materials and finishes can be viewed at our private Sydney showroom by appointment.

When requesting a viewing, please include:

• Your preferred date
• Number of visitors
• The pieces, colours or materials you would like to see
• Whether you would like to discuss custom furniture or an Interior Furnishing project
• Any accessibility requirements we should be aware of

Not every piece or finish shown online is permanently displayed. We will confirm what is available before the appointment.

The showroom address and arrival details are provided after the viewing has been confirmed. We do not accommodate walk-in visits.

We welcome enquiries from interior designers, architects, stylists, property professionals and commercial clients.

Please include the business or studio name, project type, location, required pieces, estimated quantities, specification requirements and intended delivery period.

Trade arrangements, samples, project specifications, custom furniture and volume orders are reviewed according to the individual project.

If your enquiry concerns an order already placed, please include:

• A clear description of the request

Where the enquiry relates to damage, an incorrect item or a possible product fault, please also provide photographs of the complete product, the affected area, the packaging and the product labels.

Retain the product and all packaging until we have reviewed the information and provided further instructions.
